1. Tailored case advise
 
  a) Phone consultation
  We have developed a free phone consultation case analysis. It consists on contacting one of our experienced migration agents, who will stay with you throughout the whole process, and answer few questions regarding your situation; the agent then will come up with a proposition of approach for you case.
   
  b) First appointment
  If you prefer to have a consultation in person, an agent can assists you by presenting specific and detailed information regarding your case. We offer to go further onto specific questions on the best approach for your situation. The agent you consult will also stay with you for the duration of the whole process.
   
2. Interview
  Here is where your agent will collect necessary information to start building your case; is one of the most important parts of the process as is here where you realise how much effort and care we put in every single case. During this stage, the information provided stays confidential and will only be used with your permission.
   
3. Collection of information and forms filling
 
  Most of the visas require you to provide different kinds of documents to support the case. Your agent will make sure you only provide relevant and concise documentation for your case, will use his expertise to fill the forms in a neatly way and get it done as quickly as possible.
   
4. Legal submission
 
  Just before the paperwork is prepared to be lodge, the case could be complemented with a legal submission. This support will strengthen your case by pointing out relevant legislation. Once the information is completed and the case is perfectly built, your agent will exhaustively check the paperwork (forms, supporting documents, payment slips, etc.) in order to avoid confusions or difficulties to the DIAC.
   
5. Application lodging
 
  You agent will take the package and lodge the application with the documents to be reviewed by the DIAC. If the Department solicits more information your migration agent will start providing all those other documents or evidence.
   
6. Application monitoring
 
  Once your case starts moving forward your agent will keep you up to date with the process status. Due to the experience with previous cases he can assist you with an estimation of your time results.
   
7. Visa results
 
  Our work finalises with the success of your case. You will receive an email or a phone call (up to your decision) from your agent informing you the good news.
